In the past twelve years, the team has sold 213 investment properties totaling over $1.2
billion in value. Eric Wichterman has been the Top Producer of the Phoenix Investment
Properties Group from 1998 to present. In the past 2 years alone, the team has sold 48
office buildings in excess of $350 million.
Over the last two years the team has sold 21 medical office buildings. This represents a
28% market share – the overwhelming highest of any team in Phoenix. Eric was recognized
as the Top Producer in the Grubb & Ellis Phoenix Office from 2002 - 2004 and top
Investment Broker from 1998 - 2005. Eric was involved in 2 of the 10 largest office sale
transactions in the Phoenix market in 2004. As a result of these and other transactions,
he was named by NAIOP Greater Phoenix's “2004 Investment Broker of the Year”.
The team is part of the Grubb & Ellis Institutional Investment Group (IIG), a select
group of investment professionals across the country with a focus on serving institutional
clients. IIG brokers have closed $10 Billion in transactions over the last four years.
